How do I create my account?
To create an account, you have two options. You can create an account directly via the "My Account" section at the top right of the brand's website pages. Alternatively, you can create an account when finalizing your order. Simply select your items and click on "Confirm and Buy." You will then be asked for the necessary information to create your account.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Go to the "My Account" section at the top right and click on "Forgot Password." You will be asked for your email address so that the Dessine-Moi un Soulier team can send you a password reset email. This message will provide all the instructions to follow. The email may take a few minutes to arrive and might be in your spam folder. Don’t forget to check there!
What is my account for?
Your Dessine-Moi un Soulier account allows you to save your shoe designs and place orders on the website.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes, an account is required to order shoes. It allows our team to access your order and send it to our manufacturing workshops.
Your address is used for delivery. Your email and phone number allow us to contact you if necessary, and your address is needed for shipping.
